Because AegisGenera admits software by purpose, every production release should make its software population inspectable: operating-system components, GR software, third-party dependencies, firmware, and their applicable licenses.
AletheiaGraph, Chandra Enterprise, Chandra Passport, DXMachine, GRIC, and other designated General Reasoning commercial software are provided under proprietary commercial source licenses. The software remains the intellectual property of General Reasoning, Inc.
A production license grants the customer the contractual right to operate the licensed GR software within the customer, deployment scope, term, and conditions established by the applicable agreement. Possession of executables, access through GRIC or a Lisp REPL, or the ability to inspect a running system does not expand those contractual rights.
GR software is built as a live Lisp environment in which operation, inspection, compilation, debugging, administration, and development are intentionally close together. Authorized customers therefore receive the proprietary source required for the software included in their licensed tier.
Receiving source code does not transfer title, copyright, intellectual property, or commercialization rights. Possession of the source — including access through GRIC, the REPL, local files, compiled systems, or deployment tooling — remains subject to the commercial license.

Support for customer-modified software may depend on whether the reported issue reproduces against an unmodified qualified GR release. Specific modification, support, escrow, derivative-work, and confidentiality terms are established by the executed agreement.

These restrictions are a website summary of the intended commercial model, not the complete license agreement. The executed agreement controls, and nothing in this summary is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted in the applicable jurisdiction.
A customer that wants to embed, redistribute, resell, host, OEM, or otherwise commercialize GR technology for third parties is asking for a different commercial right. General Reasoning may offer separately negotiated OEM, embedded, redistribution, or strategic agreements with their own scope, economics, minimum commitments, and restrictions.

The proprietary source entitlement compensates General Reasoning for granting access to the GR implementation included in the licensed capability tier. The production commitment establishes the customer's continuing commercial participation. Governed-work settlement accounts for actual qualifying usage.
Unless an agreement expressly provides otherwise, an initial source-entitlement fee is separate from and not creditable against governed-work usage. The annual minimum commercial commitment may be applied against governed-work charges during its contract period.
